 The 90-Day Joy Journey, a free guided experience designed to help you center joy in every area of your life.


Too often, we define ourselves by what we do or what we’ve been through. But what if joy could be your anchor, steady, grounding, and available no matter what life brings?


This journey is your invitation to practice joy daily, not as a luxury, but as a vital part of your well-being.

What to Expect

 

Over 90 days, you’ll explore how joy connects with every area of your health and well-being:


  • The Who, What, and How of Joy
  • Physical Health
  • Emotional Health
  • Social Connection
  • Spiritual Grounding
  • Occupational Fulfillment
  • Financial Peace
  • Intellectual Growth
  • Environmental Harmony
     

You’ll receive gentle daily prompts, reflection tools, and encouragement to help you live more joyfully and intentionally.

90-day Joy Content

Videos

To help you stay grounded and inspired:


  • Daily Videos (Days 1–14) — brief reflections to build your foundation in joy 
  • Weekly Videos (Weeks 3–12) — ongoing encouragement for each focus area
  • Final Video (Day 90) — a closing celebration and reflection

Pilot Group Invitation

This is the pilot round, free for teens and adults (16+) who want to explore joy as a foundation for well-being.


Each topic combines the science of happiness and well-being with biblical principles for a balanced, uplifting experience.
