The Joy-Minded 90-Day Journal: A Practice for Lasting Joy and Mental Well-Being

  • Daily Videos (Days 1–14) — brief reflections to build your foundation in joy 
  • Weekly Videos (Weeks 3–12) — ongoing encouragement for each focus area
