Self Care Strengths Assessment

 The goal of this assessment is to aid you with increased awareness about the ways in which you are already caring for yourself.  It is the author's belief that you are already caring for yourself in a multitude of ways.  Focusing on your strengths will enable you to make improvements in weaker areas.  Once you complete the assessment, take time to celebrate the things you are doing well.  Remind yourself of these things often and use them as a stepping stone for the areas in which you want to grow.
